The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has visited former President Muhammadu Buhari in Daura, Katsina State.

Disclosing this in a post on X, former media aide to the ex-president, Ahmad Bashir, said Buhari received the monarch on Wednesday.

He also attached some photos, adding that former president led the Ooni of Ife and his entourage to the historic Daura Emir’s Palace.

“Today, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (Ọjájá II), was in Daura with his entourage to visit former President Muhammadu Buhari.

“Before leaving Daura, the former president led the Ooni of Ife and his entourage to the historic Daura Emir’s Palace,” Ahmad said.
